“Whatever shall I write upon my prop typewriter?”

A woman with short hair, smiling and touching her face, sitting at a table with a typewriter, a coffee mug, and some papers, in a cozy room with wooden cabinets and a window.

I contribute humor writing to The New Yorker and McSweeney’s. I caption cartoons with artist-collaborators Lia Strasser and Tracey Berglund. My collection of short humor is called “Personal Space.” I’m a freelance copywriter and strategist for brands in the entertainment and nonprofit realms. I’ve received fellowships from MacDowell, Fulbright and NYSCA/NYFA. I got my BA in Theater from SUNY Geneseo and my MA in Creative Writing from Dublin City University. I live in Sullivan County, NY. Me, me, me. What about you?
